This course is specifically designed for Close Protection Operatives and similar professions across the UK and internationally. It aims to provide participants with essential skills for delivering immediate medical care in emergency situations until the arrival of emergency services.

The course encompasses the duties of a first responder, fundamental concepts of emergency care, recognition and management of trauma and medical emergencies, and proficient incident control. It offers an extensive examination of first aid, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, including triage, stabilization of trauma and accident victims and assisting paramedics with proper handover procedures.

Upon registration, participants will receive a detailed guide focusing on the First Person on Scene principles, specifically adapted for Close Protection Operatives. This guide is intended for self-study before starting the 4-day in-person training, which comprises a minimum of 30 hours of instruction. In these sessions, participants are expected to apply their knowledge and practice essential lifesaving skills.

This course deepens your understanding of the critical role that First Responders play in emergency situations, making it essential for those involved or interested in the private security sector. This training equips you with the crucial skills and knowledge needed for outstanding performance in such roles.
